Who we are

Starcrossed Skies is a trading name of Galactus Labs.

What we collect and why

• Your design: the title, message, place, coordinates, date, time and time zone you enter. We use it to draw and print your poster.
• Place searches: the text you type is sent to our server to find matching places in the GeoNames database. Coordinates you enter are sent to find their time zone.
• Your email address: to identify your order and contact you about it.
• Shipping and payment: Stripe Checkout collects your shipping address, billing address and payment details. We receive your address and the payment status, not your full card number.
• Order records: status, prices, tracking details and order history.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Prodigi, our print partner, receives the print file, your name, shipping address and phone number if you give one, to print and deliver your order.
• Convex, which hosts our order database.
• Vercel, which hosts the store and creates the print file.
• Resend, which sends order updates and admin sign-in codes.

Storage in your browser

The editor saves your current design in your browser's local storage, so it is still there when you come back. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.
