Change of mind

Because each print is personalised, we can't take returns for a change of mind. Check every detail in the preview before you pay.

Damaged or incorrect prints

We're so sorry if your print arrives damaged, or isn't the print you ordered. Email support@starcrossedskies.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund you.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as you can. Whether we can cancel depends on whether printing has started.
